Originally hailing from southern Missouri near Springfield, I bring a unique perspective to the real estate market, having developed strong ties to both Kansas and Missouri. I hold real estate licenses in both states and have been actively involved in the industry for over a year. I joined Kansas City Realty because I resonate with their values, vision, and boutique approach to real estate. My commitment to client satisfaction is evident in my personalized approach. Outside of my professional life, I am family man who cherishes spending time with my wife and kids. We started Kansas City Realty in 2016 after Dan laid his license with some big-name brokerages, and that’s when we saw a gap. There was something missing in the industry. Why was Dan giving away such a huge part of a commission for name recognition? Names are names but the agent is the selling point, they are the owners of their business. They are who the client bonds with when going through this home buying and selling process. Overall, Dan learned so much with the bigger brokerages but also felt like something was missing.
He wanted the best of both worlds. He wanted the support and resources of a bigger brokerage while also not having to give away such a large portion of commission. He also found that typically he was told to stay in his lane regarding sales. Once you meet Dan, you will understand that the worst possible thing is to put him in a box. He wanted to start a brokerage where agents can learn from each other and work in residential and commercial sales if that is what they want.
That was the beginning of Kansas City Realty. A home for agents, not a cubicle. A brokerage that celebrates thinking outside the box, which in turn benefits our agents as well as us just by seeing their growth.
